The Opportunity

Are you a results-driven professional with strong technical expertise in infrastructure and a passion for building relationships with clients? If so, joining our team as a Systems Sales Engineer will offer you the opportunity to engage in meaningful workload discussions, collaborate with a supportive team, and continuously learn in a dynamic environment while making a positive impact on customer success.

About the Team

The Systems Sales Engineer role will be part of the Client Engagement team at Nutanix, which operates primarily within the regions of Montreal and Quebec City. This team is known for its collaborative culture, where members actively support one another to achieve a common mission: delivering innovative solutions that address customer needs and enhance their business outcomes. By focusing on a workload rather than solely infrastructure, the team aims to positively impact customers and create synergy through shared knowledge and teamwork. The Client Engagement team fosters an environment that encourages continuous learning and open communication among its members, striving to be leaders in customer-centric solutions.

You will report to the System Engineer Manager, who emphasizes a collaborative approach to leadership and encourages team members to share insights and tackle challenges collectively. The manager values hands-on experience and enables a culture of learning, where new ideas are welcomed. The work setup for this role is remote, allowing flexibility in your day-to-day activities. While the position is primarily remote, you will be expected to travel to the office as needed for team gatherings and important meetings, though specific in-office days are not required.

The role involves regular travel primarily between Montreal and Quebec City, approximately twice a month. This travel is essential to foster strong client relationships, conduct technical discussions, and collaborate with stakeholders effectively. The expectation is to be adaptable and ready to travel to meet the needs of clients and the team.
